Daycare
Just like humans, no two dogs are the same; behind every wagging tail lies a complex blend of individual needs and instinctive drives. We provide a safe and friendly environment for dogs to explore these behaviours.

What are your daycare hours?
Monday – Friday: 7am – 7:30pm
Saturday: 10am – 6pm
How early or late can I drop off and pick up my dog?
Pick-up and drop-off times are linked to our opening hours, so that means dropping off no earlier than 7am and picking up no later than 7.30pm. If your dog is spending a half-day of daycare with us, the hours are 7am-1pm or 1.30pm-7.30pm.
You can drop your dog off at any time within the full day or half day hours.
Do you provide updates or progress reports during my dog’s daycare?
Absolutely! We offer regular updates and progress reports for your dog’s daycare experience through various channels:
- Whatsapp Updates: We maintain a dedicated Whatsapp channel for clients, where we regularly share photos, videos, and updates about your dog’s activities during daycare.
- Post-Session Reports: After each vet visit, grooming session, or training session, you’ll receive a report card summarising the session and providing any relevant information.
- Handover: For daycare you’ll also have a personal handover with one of our members of staff. This allows for a discussion about your dog’s experience and any recommendations moving forward.
Can I bring my dogs their own food and treats for their stay at Daycare?
Yes! We have a Dog Pantry where your dog’s food will be refrigerated or stored and private feeding stables where dogs can enjoy their meals in peace.
After eating, your dog will have a 30-minute rest period to allow for healthy digestion before playtime with friends again.
We do ask that any food given to us is already measured out and clearly labelled with your dog’s name and the time they should be fed to ensure mealtimes flow as seamlessly as possible!
