Membership FAQs
What is the minimum term for a WagWorks membership?
All our memberships have a minimum term of 3 months, with a 2-week cooling-off period after sign-up for your peace of mind.
How do I give notice to cancel my membership?
Should you wish to cancel your membership, we require 1 month’s notice from written notice sent to membership@wagworks.co.uk.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my membership?
You are welcome to upgrade your membership at any time to enjoy additional benefits. While downgrading is not available by default, we strive to accommodate any requests where possible. Please contact us to discuss your needs.

What services are included in my WagWorks membership?

How do I book services using the WagWorks App?
Booking services is easy with the WagWorks App. Once you’ve downloaded the app and logged in with your details, you can browse available services, manage bookings, and view your membership details directly from your phone.
What happens if I move or my circumstances change?
We understand that life can be unpredictable. If you move or your circumstances change, please contact us. We’ll do our best to adjust your membership accordingly, whether that means transferring your membership to a new location or discussing other options to suit your new situation.
Are there any discounts or benefits for long-term members?
We value our long-term members and occasionally offer discounts, special offers, or exclusive benefits as a thank you for your loyalty. Stay tuned to our communications and the WagWorks App for the latest offers.
